Revolution provides a centralised document management system, so that no matter where you access the system from, you have access to important client information, as well as all associated case information such as letters and IDs
Revolution full integrates with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Letters can be composed with a couple of clicks by choosing from a list of templates which can be custom edited to match company letter heads and contact information. All letters produced are saved into a case folder, which can also contain scanned documentation such as photo identification, applications and offers.
All hosted data is held on a secure Windows Server based network, with extensive measures taken to provide high availability. All database, and electronic filing is backed up on a daily basis using two forms of backup media, and stored securely in an off-site location. In strict compliance with FSA regulations, all data is encrypted to 256-bit AES standard
