Revolution Online
The Revolution Online web portal allows access to business critical data anytime, anywhere. It provides secure access by utilising a login system and features can be added (or removed) on a user by user basis.
The online system is split into a consultant website for following applications, upcoming reviews and compliance, an introducer website for lead and pipeline tracking, and a client site allowing individuals to follow their own applications.
Consultant online is an online version of the back office system, which allows consultants access to their own client database and reviews that have been allocated for them to work on. A fully interactive link with the back office system enables full audit trails of all applications and reviews from the consultant and admin staff. It is a time saving device which takes away the added chore of phone calls and emails back and forth between admin staff and solutants. Consultants can see monthly reports of their own business so they can track their own workload. The online system can reduce the requirement for call centre staff as consultants have access to client information and can make contact to book their own appointments and can use the system to notify the referrer of any updates.
Span of control online (SPOC) gives supervisors access to be able to see all their consultants online systems, and assists supervisors with monitoring compliance accuracy and sales achievements of their consultants.
Introducer online enables introducers to refer clients directly through to advisors or to the back office system, and have the ability to arrange appointments on behalf of the advisor. This feature provides an excellent time saving process which ensures accurate transfer of data. Full up to date information is available directly from the advisor or administration staff so that the referrer can track the progress of the lead or application.
