Telephone and email support is available during working hours to provide advice, support and answer your queries. We utilise remote support software to give assistance and provide training by sharing a computer desktop.

Revolution servers

Full training covering the functions of the system, and how to successfully navigate around Revolution is available one to one or in small groups. Training usually lasts one day, but for a full onsite install, setup can take significantly longer. We will follow up to assist with your needs as your knowledge of the system increases. We can assist in marketing your client bank, completing mailshots and how to get the best out the system.


A full training manual is available on the online portal, and can be viewed online or downloaded.
